Vale Industries has broken the mold again. Realizing the need for a quicker and more cost effective way to produce samples for tensile testing, we have developed a range of machines to produce these samples in a fraction of the time it would take to use the traditional milling method.The standard punches and dies are designed to produce a burr free sample ready for testing immediately. A range of 2 to 4 punches will cover the material thickness’ specified and produce ASTM standard samples. All punches and dies can be sharpened easily on a standard surface grinder.
